[27] per 95-5 "i informed the owner that the fence needed to be replaced in august. the whole east side of fence that is overrun by blackberry bushes is not adequate to restrain the cows approximately 500 feet worth of fence needs to be repaired or replaced. i have tried to call twice and he wouldn't answer. if he calls back let him know that if vehicle hits a cow he will be responsible.
