From Del Norte County Roads:

Beginning Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:00 am, Joaquin Street and Inyo Street will be closed at Pacific Avenue until further notice due to a catastrophic sanitary sewer lift station failure.

Pacific Avenue will remain open to through traffic, but with no on-street parking between Grand Avenue and Glenn Street. Detour from Pacific Avenue onto Glenn Street and then

Macken Avenue to get to Inyo Street or Joaquin Street to the north.
