Humboldt and Del Norte Post Offices in the Fire Zone are Closed; Here's How to Get Your Mail

Several post offices in Humboldt and Del Norte counties are temporarily closed due to rapid wildfires throughout the area. Customers impacted by these closures may retrieve mail at alternative pick-up locations.
Customers normally served by the following offices are directed to go to the Garberville Post Office -- 368 Sprowl Creek Road, Garberville -- to pick up their mail during regular retail hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Customers are instructed to provide photo ID for mail pickup.
- Zenia Post Office
- Blocksburg Post Office
- Alderpoint Post Office
Customers normally served by the following office are directed to go to the Crescent City Post Office -- 751 2nd Street, Crescent City -- to pick up their mail during regular retail hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers are instructed to provide photo ID for mail pickup:
- Gasquet Post Office
- Customers may go to USPS.COM for many online retail services.
