Two Crescent City Men Arrested On Rape, Sexual Assault Charges
Two men, both managers at Little Caesers, face sexual assault charges involving a minor, Crescent City Police Chief Richard Griffin said Monday.
Griffin’s officers arrested 32-year-old Dhruv Mehta on July 31 on suspicion of rape by force or fear, the chief told the Wild Rivers Outpost.
Love Preet Singh, 23, was also arrested last week on suspicion of attempting to have sex with a minor as well as possessing child pornography. According to Griffin, Singh allegedly had images depicting him and one of the victims in bed.
Griffin said the parents of one of the victims reported their concerns to police on July 16.
An owner at Little Caesers was unavailable for comment.
