St. Timothy Episcopal Church will hold a garden party Saturday to introduce folks to the people that supply food for its Food Bank Senior Produce Market and Community Kitchen.

Seven groups tend the raised beds. Fresh fruit and vegetables are also distributed to individual community members, Reverend Bernie Lindley told the Wild Rivers Outpost.

Enjoy a picnic lunch, live music, community art and kids activities.
There will also be a resource fair with information about garden-related organizations.

The Community Garden Festival will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the garden, which is next to the church, 401 Fir Street in Brookings.
