The COVID-19 vaccine site located behind Sutter Coast Hospital at 800 E. Washington Blvd. in Crescent City normally operates Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Vaccines are available for
ages 5+ and booster doses are available for ages 12+.

In observance of Presidents' Day, the site will be CLOSED Friday, February 18, 2022 through Monday, February 21, 2022 and will reopen Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

COVID-19 testing and monoclonal antibody therapy will remain open for the holiday.
