Elderly Harbor Man Missing for More Than a Week After Going for a Drive, CCSO Says

NAME: Max Mascareno
DOB: 05/03/1944
Max left his home in Harbor Oregon some time before 7:00 a.m. on April 4, driving his black 2019 Chevy Colorado with the Oregon license plate number: 9X4019.
The vehicle is equipped with a canopy. It is unknown where Max may be. However, he enjoyed driving dirt roads as a past time.
Max’s phone was located at his residence. Max’s vehicle is equipped with OnStar however the system is not active and not providing a location.
