With a major storm predicted for Northern California, the Crescent City Downtown Divas are postponing the Christmas Light Parade:

The Crescent City Downtown Divas, along with the City of Crescent City and ReMax have made the decision to postpone the event scheduled for this Friday, December 6th. Live from Downtown: it’s First Friday!, the Community Christmas Light Parade, and Tree Lighting is being rescheduled for next Friday, December 13th.

There is a report of a serious storm coming in this Friday with not only rain, but heavy winds. By postponing the event, we hope to ensure an enjoyable community event including Downtown shopping, the Light Parade, the Christmas Tree lighting, and a visit from Santa!
