Nature's Coastal Holiday Lights Up Brookings

More than 3 million twinkling lights will illuminate Brookings' Azalea Park starting Friday.

Nature's Coastal Holiday is a tradition dating back to 1997 and draws more than 25,000 people each year. This annual event is completely volunteer-driven and open nightly through Dec. 27. Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus even make weekend appearances.

This walk-through display is open from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. every night. Adults are $3 and kids up to age 12 are free. Check the event's Facebook page for weather updates. For more information, click here.
